By approving a digital quotation, engaging our services, or making any payment to Inovatec Solutions FZE, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. There is no need of signing seperately.
- Acceptance of Terms
Approval of any quotation via email, WhatsApp, written communication, or payment transfer constitutes full acceptance of the agreed scope of work and these Terms & Conditions.
In the absence of a signed contract, any advance payment made against a quotation shall be legally considered acceptance of all terms stated herein and within the quotation.
- Scope of Services
We provide IT and digital services including but not limited to:
Website Development
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Social Media Management
Paid Advertising
Graphic Design & Branding
Software & Technical Solutions
Services will be delivered strictly as per the approved quotation or agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately upon written approval.
- Payment Terms
Projects require advance payment before commencement unless otherwise agreed.
Social Media Management and SEO services are charged fully in advance as per agreed contract duration.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Social Media Management & SEO Policy
These services operate on a contract duration basis (monthly / quarterly / yearly).
Payments are strictly non-refundable.
If the Client is not satisfied, the only option available is to not renew after completion of the agreed contract term.
Organic & Ethical Commitment
Inovatec Solutions FZE performs strictly organic and ethical marketing practices.
We do not guarantee overnight results.
We do not guarantee instant rankings, viral reach, fixed leads, or guaranteed ROI.
We do not use bots, fake followers, black-hat SEO, spam backlinks, automation abuse, or unethical marketing techniques.
Digital growth requires time, strategy, consistency, and market adaptation.
- Graphic Design & Content Revisions
One (1) revision/feedback round is included per design, artwork, or post within the agreed scope.
Additional revisions will be charged separately.
Major concept changes after approval will be treated as new work.
Once content is approved by the Client, Inovatec Solutions FZE shall not be liable for errors.
- Discounted & Promotional Contracts
Discounted, promotional, or special pricing contracts are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable under any circumstances whatsoever.
Any cancellation request shall be subject to mutual written agreement and management approval.
Upon approved early termination, all discounts shall be revoked.
Services rendered will be recalculated at standard full pricing, and the Client must pay the difference before account closure.
Final approval remains solely at the discretion of Inovatec Solutions FZE management.
- Market Risk & Business Performance Disclaimer
Inovatec Solutions FZE provides services based on professional expertise and industry standards; however, business success depends on external factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for:
Market fluctuations
Economic conditions
Industry competition
Algorithm changes
Audience behavior
Unforeseen circumstances
If a Client’s startup, new business idea, new social media page, SEO campaign, marketing initiative, or branding concept does not perform as expected, it shall not be considered the fault or liability of Inovatec Solutions FZE.
Payments made for startups, new launches, experimental campaigns, SEO work, new social media projects, or new business ideas are strictly non-refundable.
We do not guarantee profitability, revenue targets, ROI, funding approval, or market acceptance.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information and required materials on time.
Ensure submitted content complies with legal and copyright regulations.
Provide timely approvals to avoid delays.
- Intellectual Property
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the Client only after full payment is received.
Inovatec Solutions FZE reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for:
Algorithm updates
Account suspensions
Policy changes
Ad disapprovals
Hosting/server downtime
These matters are controlled by third-party platforms.
- Cancellation & Suspension
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Services may be suspended for non-payment or breach of agreement.
- Case-to-Case Policies & Management Discretion
Certain services or situations may be subject to additional case-specific policies not explicitly mentioned on the website.
Any exception, modification, or approval is valid only if confirmed in writing by authorized management.
If a matter is not clearly covered above, the decision of Inovatec Solutions FZE management shall be final and binding.
- Limitation of Liability
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
